Frequently asked, honestly answered.

You'll find answers to most of your key questions here.

01 Beginning

I've never exercised before — can I join?

Absolutely. The vast majority of our members start without any prior regular exercise. Our first session is always a posture and breath assessment; we build your program together from scratch.

What should I wear?

Body-hugging leggings and a t-shirt that don't restrict movement are enough. You can find non-slip pilates socks at our studio.

How does the first class go?

In the first class we show you around the studio, ask about your health history and plan your session around your goals. It usually takes 60 minutes.

02 Health & Safety

Is it suitable for pregnant women?

Yes. Our Prenatal Pilates class is designed on a trimester basis. You can start after the first trimester with your doctor's approval. From the 6th week postpartum, the Restore program is recommended.

I have a lower-back or back problem — is it risky?

Thanks to its controlled, low-impact resistance, the reformer is one of the most widely used rehabilitation methods in the world. Still, we ask you to do a one-on-one assessment before joining a class.

Is it suitable for the post-surgery period?

After your doctor's approval and a preliminary meeting with our relevant instructors, you can join with a program prepared specially for you.

03 Membership & Program

How many days a week should I come?

For noticeable progress, 2 sessions a week is the most common choice. We recommend a minimum of 1 in busy periods and 3 for optimal results. We plan your program together around your life's rhythm.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. You can freeze all our monthly memberships for up to 12 weeks. During holidays or busy work periods, a single message is enough.

Can I change my package later?

As your needs change you can upgrade or downgrade your package; there is no one-time registration fee.

How many people are in group classes?

Our reformer classes run in small groups; for mat and yoga classes we also keep the participant count low enough to guarantee the instructor's full attention.
